Kayleigh of Spark Metal Works sat down with me and we designed (more her design) a custom canopy to suit by 70 series dual cab Landcrusier. The canopy needed drawers with access from both canopy doors and also required tool boxes both sides of the vehicle. The canopy was designed tough to accept a Alu-Cab on the canopy roof. Kayleigh designed a ladder that allowed me access to the roof top and she also designed two wheel carriers for the rear. This was her first of this magnitude taking into account as to how she was going to bolt it to the chassis. Kayleigh done a fantastic job in design and execution and this canopy has been put through it's paces on some rough gravel in the Pilbara and Kimberly. Sparks and Steel Fabrication Outstanding Work..
I was close to moving warehouses because the space felt too tight but the location is perfect for us close to suppliers and workflow is dialled in so instead of relocating I decided to build up.
Got three quotes and Sparks and Steel came in slightly lower and fit my budget but what sold me was their confidence in the job.
Two mezzanines done. Clean work solid structure great finish and you can see it in the photos. The team was easy to deal with communicated well and delivered without any dramas.
The space is completely transformed. What felt cramped is now a proper working facility with real usable space on both levels.
